Please be sure to read all the materials carefully. In order to receive the advance discounted prices, full payment must be received 14 days prior to the first scheduled move-in date of the show. Services ordered within 3 days of the event or during the move-in date of show may not be ready before the event opens. Payment must be received via the portal before electricity or other services are provided.

St19 Form
The MN ST-19 Form link below as required by the state.
To comply with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS), Primary Account Numbers (PANs) must not be transmitted via email.
Primary Account Numbers (PANs) can be included if sending payment by U.S. mail.
If submitting by email, please submit all other requested information and when we receive your completed submission, we will contact your office directly to securely collect the associated Primary Account Number.
